Dr. Biao CHENG
Dr. Cheng Biao has vast expertise in minimally invasive surgeries, including arthroscopic meniscal repairs, arthroscopic repair of cruciate ligaments, and arthroscopic diagnosis and treatment of shoulder disease. He is also an expert in complex orthopedic surgeries, such as knee and hip replacements. Dr. Cheng has nearly 30 years of clinical experience in tertiary hospitals in Shanghai and has conducted over 5,000 arthroscopic surgeries.
He is a Chief Physician, a Professor, and a Doctoral Tutor in Sports Medicine. Dr. Cheng received his doctorate degree from Fudan University's Shanghai Medical College in 2001. He furthered his training through fellowships at both the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center and the Arthroscopic Center of Mount Sinai Hospital in 2002. He also received training in sports medicine at the Joint Disease Hospital affliated with New York University in 2005. In 2008, he completed wrist arthroscopic training in Prince of Wales Hospital which is affiliated to Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Dr. Jun GU
Dr. Gu Jun graduated from Wuhan University School of Medicine. He has participated in many conferences held by the Chinese Orthopedic Association (COA) and has been engaged in clinical practice, teaching, and research for a long time.
Prior to joining YC, Dr. Gu was the deputy director of orthopedics and the director of the sports medicine department at top-notch hospitals in Wuhan.
Dr. Gu has nearly 20 years of clinical orthopedic work experience, specializing in all kinds of arthroscopy minimally invasive surgery. He has also made great contributions to research in limb fractures and severe trauma. He is good at joint replacement, fractures of the extremities, supracondylar fractures of the humerus, distal radius fractures, humeral fractures, ankle fractures, various types of extremity tumor resection, lateral and collateral ligament repair surgery, and many other operations.

Mark WU
Mark Wu has qualifications as a Chinese medicine practitioner and physiotherapist from Australia.
His clinical expertise includes assessment and treatment of spinal pain, scoliosis, sports injuries in adults and adolescents, orthopedics rehabilitation, occupational ergonomics and women’s health.
Mark is well known for evidence-based and effective combinations of western and eastern techniques as a result of his education and experience in both approaches.
As a clinician manager, he advocates for agile and lean practices in the healthcare industry. He pioneered standardized technical interview of clinician staff, department mission statement, A-B testing of workflow, team-based incentive programs, among other initiatives that improve team cohesion, quality of care and profitability.
He also has a passion in clinical education. He has led or participated in professional development of junior medical doctors, physiotherapists, chiropractors and osteopaths in radiology, physical examination and technique selection, as well as language and customer service training for frontline staff.

Kiran CHIU
Kiran Chiu graduated from Taiwan Chung Shan Medical University. He is a physiotherapist specialized in orthopedic and sports medicine, and treats both adults and children with muscle, bone and joint conditions. In addition to clinical practice, he frequently lectures in rehabilitation medicine and manual therapy for universities and hospitals throughout China.
